We not only place coverage for our clients, we also provide them risk management consulting services. We assist them in developing a customized risk management program to meet their individual needs. We will become a strategic partner and assist the public entity in identifying loss exposures, examining the feasibility of alternative risk management techniques, selecting and implementing the best techniques and monitoring the risk management program.
Our Risk Management Services
We will prepare a loss analysis to identify claim trends and recommend applicable risk management tools/techniques to be implemented to eliminate or reduce claims.
We will assist you in identifying new exposures throughout your entity. We will secure the property insurance coverage, if necessary as well as provide you with risk management tools applicable for the exposure.
We will review the insurance requirements in your entity’s contracts to ensure the entity is adequately protected.
We will respond to all coverage inquiries from your entity.
We will attend all entity meetings (i.e. Department, Accident Review, Budget) as requested. In addition, we will appear in front of the governing body relative to insurance related matters.
We will assist the entity in complying with loss control recommendations, safety incentive programs and any other risk management programs required by the entity’s insurer.
We will actively participate in the entity’s safety committee meetings.
We will submit claims on your behalf and ensure prompt resolution, whenever possible. For those complex claims, we will provide status reports to you.
We will monitor TPA/insurance carrier subrogation and recovery efforts to ensure all opportunities are aggressively pursued.
We will solicit proposals for property and casualty insurance coverage as requested by you.
We will assist you in completing the applications; we will market to all viable insurers; we will develop a comparison of coverage, services and cost for all proposals; and we will present our findings to you.
